West Hancock boys and girls golf hosted their first meet for the season on Friday.

Both teams were slated to play on Thursday and had to reschedule to Friday due to weather.

As a result, one of the boys teams were not able to make the trip to compete.

The boys instead faced just Belmond-Klemme.

The girls faced against Belmond-Klemme and Bishop Garrigan in a triangular.

Here are the results from both matchups:

West Hancock Boys:

Keifer Carlson placed in the top spot with a score of 45, edging out Kayden Christiansen of Belmond-Klemme in a tiebreaker.

The Eagles had 10 less strokes than the Broncos, scoring 200 on the day.

       West Hancock Girls:

The girls finished in second place, scoring a 210.

Bishop Garrigan took first with 199 and Belmond-Klemme trailed behind the two teams with a score of 249.
