West Hancock softball continues its challenging campaign.

As of writing this article, the Eagles have completed four of five matches in the final week of the season.

Starting on June 25, the Eagles ate the loss against Osage at home, 10-0.

On June 26, the team failed to comeback against Forest City on the road, losing 5-8.

Wednesday, West Hancock went on the road and was defeated 17-0 by Central Springs.

A similar result happened on Thursday when Emmetsburg came to Britt and handed a 16-0 loss to the Eagles in three innings.

Against Forest City, the team was only down 1-0 after the fourth inning.

The Indians tore off four runs in the fifth to give a good cushion.

West Hancock would consistently score in the final half of the game as did Forest City, putting the game away 8-5.
